Humane Society of US is posting a $2500 reward, Goldheart is collecting from donors as far away as GA, AND Luis Carlos Montalvan, author of "Until Tuesday" is matching the HSUS donation! 

The person(s) need to be found a pay for this sick act of inhumanity.
